The Price section allows users to define and manage pricing information for a style, including base currency settings, margin targets, and automatically converted prices across multiple currencies.

**Requires:** permission `VIEW_PRICE, VIEW_STYLE`

**Where to find it:** Collection & Styles → Styles → (your style) → Price

- Use the **History** button at the top right of the style tabs to review changes made to the style over time.

At the top of the page, the style name and code are displayed for reference. Users can manage the following pricing attributes:

- **Color** Displays the selected colour variant for the style.
- **Version** The style version the prices belong to. It opens on the highest version.
- **Base Currency** Shows the base currency used for all price calculations. This currency is defined in **Settings** and cannot be changed on this page.
- **Currency List** Select the currency list used for price conversion. The available currencies are based on the selected base currency.

- **Target Margin** Select a target margin from the dropdown to support pricing and profitability calculations. Users can setup the target margin in the [**Price, Cost & Margin Settings.**](https://docs.vestislabs.com/settings/target-margin-setting/) Only people who are allowed to edit prices can change it.

The **Converted Prices** section displays wholesale and retail prices automatically converted from the base currency.

- Prices are calculated based on the selected **base currency**.
- Each currency card shows the currency, its **Rate**, and the converted **Wholesale** and **Retail** price.

This provides clear visibility into pricing across different markets while maintaining consistency with the base currency setup. Users can set up the currency in the **[Multi currency Settings](https://docs.vestislabs.com/settings/multi-currency-setup/).**

## Currency list

The **Currency List** is set per colour. Beside the label, **(from collection)** means the list comes from the collection; **(override)** means it was changed for this style. Click **Reset to collection default** to go back to the collection's list.

## Set a target margin

Select a target margin in **Target Margin**. If the style has more than one colour, **Apply Target Margin** asks whether to apply it to **This Color Only** or to **Apply to All Colors**.

> [!NOTE]
> Only target margins with a row for the style's category or supplier, or a row applied to all, are listed.

## Landed cost, recommended and actual prices

Once a target margin is selected, the page shows:

- **Total Landed Costs** from the [Total cost page](https://docs.vestislabs.com/collection-style/pricing-and-cost-analysis/), with a badge saying how far it is **under target** or **over target**, and whether the margin is **achievable**.
- **Cost Targets**, with the **Max Landed** cost for the style's retail price.
- **Recommended Wholesale Price** and **Recommended Retail Price**, each with **Target Margin** and **Target Markup**.
- Your **Wholesale Price** and **Retail Price**, each with **Gross Profit**, **Margin** and **Markup**.

To change a price, click the pencil icon next to **Wholesale Price** or **Retail Price**, enter the amount, and click **Save**. The pencil icon only appears if you are allowed to edit prices.

## Converted prices

**Converted Prices** shows the wholesale and retail price in every supported currency, calculated from your base currency using the selected currency list. If no supported currencies are set up, the page shows **No Supported Currencies Available** with a **Manage Supported Currencies** button that opens the multi-currency settings.

## Download the price

At the top right, click **Download PDF** or **Download Excel**, then **Export Current Color** or **Export All Colors in Version**.

- **Download Excel** downloads a spreadsheet straight away.
- **Download PDF** opens a print page in a new tab with one section per colour: **Total Landed Costs**, the cost targets, a **Currency** / **Rate** / **Wholesale** / **Retail** conversion table, and the **Target Margin**, **Gross Profit**, **Margin** and **Markup** figures.
- On the print page, click the gear icon to set the **Layout** to **Landscape** or **Portrait**, then click the print button to save it as a PDF.
