# Vestis Labs approval process workflow

1. **Upload design & other design input -** Users need to upload the design to be developed together with the details and materials needed to complete it. The more information you give, the better it is for us to proceed with the product development process.
2. **VESTIS LABS approves your design -** product development only begins after design approval. **VESTIS LABS may not approve** the design and ask for more information needed to get the design approved.
3. **Deliverable 1: Pattern development, 3D prototype,** and **virtual fitting.**
4. **Revisions:** Users will comment on **Deliverable 1** for VESTIS LABS to make revisions. **Maximum 3 revisions on the 3D simulation**.
5. **Deliverable 2: Rendered 3D samples, tech-pack (add-on),** and **pattern development (add-on).**

**For users who need 3D for visualization,** this will be delivered after the above workflow is completed. A clear artistic direction is needed from you to produce a satisfactory result.
