# Open a shared order sheet

> View and print a sample order sheet that was shared with you by email, using the link and passkey you received.

When a brand sends you a sampling request, the email contains a link to the order sheet and a passkey. You do not need a Vestis Labs account to open it.

## View the order sheet

1. **Open the link**
   Click the link in the request email. The page is titled **View Order Sheet** and asks for the passkey from your email.

   

2. **Enter the passkey**
   Type the passkey from the email in the **Passkey** field.

3. **Click "View Order Sheet"**
   Click **View Order Sheet**. If the passkey is wrong, the page says **Invalid passkey. Please check the passkey from your email and try again.**

   

The order sheet opens on screen. While you stay in the same browser tab session you do not need to enter the passkey again.

## Change the layout and print

1. **Open the layout settings**
   Click the gear button at the bottom right.

2. **Select the order sheet layout**
   Under **Order sheet layout**, select **Portrait** or **Landscape**.

3. **Select the tech pack layout**
   When the sheet includes a tech pack, a **Tech pack layout** choice also appears: **Landscape compact**, **Landscape** or **Portrait**.

4. **Print**
   Click the printer button below the gear. It is unavailable while the pages are still being prepared.

## Troubleshooting

**"Your session has expired or this link has been revoked. Please re-enter the passkey."** Enter the passkey again. If it still fails, the brand may have revoked the link; ask them to send the request again, which creates a new link.

## For brand users: revoke a link

In **Sampling → Sample Management**, open the sample, open its actions menu and click **Revoke Order Sheet Link**. Confirm with **Revoke Link**.
