# Create feedback

> The Feedback button displays a selection of feedback categories to provide feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance users' experience.

**The Feedback button displays a selection of feedback categories to provide feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance users' experience.** ***Users can write and submit the feedback directly.***

1. **Select the Feedback button on the lower-left corner of the left bar menu.**

2. **The feedback option will appear with a selection of feedback categories.**
   Select one of the feedback categories that is related to the experience or problem users are experiencing.

   **Issue:** type of feedback related to bugs and problems.

   **Idea:** type of feedback related to suggestions or new feature ideas.

   **Other:** type of feedback related to others or comments.

3. **Enter the Feedback in the text field.**

4. **After entering their feedback, select Submit at the lower right corner.**

   If Users have enabled **"New Feedback"** in their notification settings and have permission to view feedback, they will receive a notification.
