The measurements table of a measurement card lists every point of measure (POM) with its tolerance, grading and the value for each size. This page explains each column and the tools to change them.

**Where to find it:** Library → Measurements → (card)

## Columns of the table

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Drag handle | Drag a row up or down to change the order of the rows. |
| **Pin** | Pin icon. Click it to mark the row, then click on the picture to place the point of measure. The tooltip reads **Pin this row** or **Unpin this row**. |
| **Ref** | The reference of the row, set when you pin it, for example A. Alphabetical or numeric depending on [Measurement settings](https://docs.vestislabs.com/settings/measurement-settings/). |
| **POM** | The name of the point of measure. Type in the field marked **Enter POM...**. |
| **Tolerance** | The allowed deviation for the point of measure. |
| **Grading** | The step between sizes. The other sizes are calculated from it. |
| Size columns | One column for each standard size. The sample size column is highlighted. |
| Grading columns | Extra grading increment columns you add yourself. |
| **Difference** columns | The difference between two size columns. Shown in red when it is larger than the tolerance. |
| Comment columns | A text or number column for notes on each row. |
| Attachment columns | Reference images for each row. |
| Row menu | The three dots at the end of the row. **Delete** removes the row after you confirm in **Delete Row**. |

> [!NOTE]
> Enter the sample size value first. If you edit another size before the sample size is filled in, a **Sample Size Empty** window asks you to "insert the value for the sample size first".

Click the **+** button below the last row to add a new measurement row.

## Reorder the columns

Drag the name of a size, grading or difference column to move it. The information icon above the table says: "Drag and drop size, grading, and difference columns to customize column order". Comment and attachment column headers can also be dragged. Double-click the header of a comment or attachment column to rename it.

## Add or manage columns

Click the **+** button at the far right of the table header. The menu has five options.

| Option | What you can do |
| --- | --- |
| **Manage Grading Columns** | Add extra grading columns. Each has a **Column Name** and a **Position** that is assigned for you. |
| **Select Standard Size** | Change the sizes of the table. Choose **From Settings** or **Custom**, and use **Search size...** to find or add a size. |
| **Manage Difference Columns** | Add a column that compares two sizes. Pick the **Target** and **Real** columns. |
| **Manage Comment Columns** | Add, rename or remove comment columns. Choose a **Column Type**: **Text** or **Number**. |
| **Manage Attachment Columns** | Add, rename or remove columns for reference images. |

In each of these windows you can check **Save for all measurement tables within this measurement card** to apply the change to every table in the card. Click **Save Changes** to confirm. In **Manage Difference Columns**, changes show straight away and you click **Close** when you are done.

### Column name rules

- A column name cannot be empty ("Column name cannot be empty").
- Grading column names must be unique ("Column name already exists").
- Comment and attachment columns may share a name.

## Show or hide columns

Click **Columns** above the table to open **Manage Columns**.

- **Current Selection** : check or uncheck the columns you want to see. This applies to you only.
- **Default Columns** : choose which columns are visible by default.
- **Reset to Default** : restores the original selection.

## Attachments in a row

In an attachment column, click the add image button, or drop an image on the cell. After that, the cell shows how many images are attached and opens them in a viewer when clicked. The three dots on the cell open:

- **Add images**
- **Attached (n)** : the list of attached files, each with a download and a remove button.
- **Remove all**

The PDF shows up to three thumbnails per cell, with a count for the rest.

## View grading rule

When a card was built from a grading rule template, **View Grading Rule** appears above the table. It opens **Compare Grading** so you can compare the card with the rule it came from.
