## Raw material production management

**Where to find it:** Materials Production & Inventory → Production → Dashboard
**Requires:** permission `VIEW_MATERIAL_PRODUCTION`

Easily manage and streamline your raw material production processes. Users can create and track production orders while maintaining full visibility of their raw material usage. The system allows you to monitor shipments, manage inventory levels, and ensure the timely availability of materials for production.

- **Top Metrics Section** Displays the overall status of production orders, including:
  - **Total Orders:** number of all orders and their total value.
  - **Created:** newly created production orders.
  - **In Production:** orders currently being processed.
  - **Production** Completed: successfully finished orders.
  - **Shipped:** completed orders that have been shipped.
  - **Cancelled:** orders that have been cancelled.
  - **Delayed Production:** Orders are facing delays.
- **Recent Orders** A list of the latest production orders with material details and current status (e.g., Created, Delivered, Completed).
- **Upcoming Milestones** Highlights key deadlines or events related to production orders.
- **Action Buttons**
  - **Create Order:** to quickly set up a new production order.
  - **Customize:** personalize the dashboard view.
  - **All time**: filter production data by date range.

## Raw material inventory management

**Where to find it:** Materials Production & Inventory → Inventory → Dashboard
**Requires:** permission `VIEW_MATERIAL_INVENTORY`

Raw Material Inventory Management enables users to monitor and control their material stock levels efficiently. Users can easily manage or adjust inventory quantities, track and document any adjustments, and oversee incoming inventory from production. With clear visibility and accurate tracking, this feature helps ensure materials are available when needed, minimizes stock discrepancies, and supports smooth production operations.

- **Location Filter** Allows users to view inventory data by specific locations or across all locations.
- **Key Metrics**
  - **Total Items:** total number of raw material items in stock.
  - **Total Value:** overall value of inventory.
  - **Low Stock:** items flagged as running low.
  - **Out of Stock:** items that are currently unavailable.
  - **Incoming:** materials on the way from production.
- **Recent Activity** Displays the latest inventory movements, including physical count corrections and manual adjustments.
- **Actions**
  - **Adjust Stock:** quickly update or correct inventory quantities.
  - **Customize:** personalize the dashboard view.
