# Arrange your board

> Switch on Customise mode on Reports and Insights to drag and resize widgets, then save or cancel the new layout.

**Customise** mode lets you move and resize the widgets on your **Reports and Insights** board. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and **Cancel** puts every widget back where it was.

**Where to find it:** Reports and Insights

1. **Click "Customise"**
   Click the **Customise** button at the top right of the board. The button is unavailable while the view has no widgets.

   

2. **Look for the bar**
   A bar appears at the top of the page reading **Customising layout**. Each widget gets a dashed outline and a drag handle. The button at the top of the page now reads **Customising…**.

3. **Drag and resize**
   Drag a widget by its header to move it, and resize it from its edge. Widgets stay exactly where you drop them, including any gaps, and they do not push each other around.

   > [!NOTE]
   > Filter, size, visualisation, **Remove** and **Add widget** also work outside **Customise** mode and are saved immediately. Inside it, size, visualisation, **Remove** and **Add widget** join the draft, so **Cancel** undoes them with the layout. Filter changes are saved immediately and are not undone by **Cancel**.

4. **Save or cancel**
   Once you move something, the bar reads **Unsaved changes**. Click **Save changes** to keep the layout, or **Cancel** to discard it. If you changed nothing, the button reads **Done**.

   

You should now see your widgets in their new places, and the layout is still there the next time you open the page.

> [!IMPORTANT]
> You cannot switch, create, duplicate or delete views while you are customising. Save or cancel first.
