Production aggregation
Combine the styles and colours of several wholesale orders into factory production orders: select orders, aggregate items, group by factory and create the orders.
Under review. This page is published while we check it against the live app, so some details may have changed.
Order Aggregation turns the wholesale orders you received for your styles into production orders for your factories. It adds up the quantities of each style and colour across the orders you select, groups them by factory and creates one production order per group. After the orders are created, each style shows its production orders on its own Production page.

Before you start
- Order Aggregation is part of the Production menu, which shows when brand production is turned on for your brand.
- Wholesale orders with items that are not aggregated yet must exist. They show on the Pending Orders tab.
- Your factories, order categories, priorities, payment terms and shipment methods must exist before you create the orders. You can add new categories, priorities, payment terms and shipment methods by typing a new name in the field.
Aggregate wholesale orders
Open Order Aggregation
In the left sidebar, click Production, then Order Aggregation. The Pending Orders tab lists the wholesale orders that wait for aggregation, with the number of orders in brackets.
Note

Find the orders
Use the search field ("Search by order number, customer name...") and the filters for Status, Delivery Window, Customer and Order Date to narrow the list. The list shows Order #, Customer, Total Quantities, Order Value, Order Date, Delivery Window and Status.
Select the orders
Check the orders you want to aggregate, or check the box in the header to select all. An order whose items are all aggregated already cannot be selected. Click View Details on an order to see its items.

Check the preview
The Aggregation Preview shows the Items to aggregate, the Items excluded and the Total items of your selection.
Click "Aggregate Selected Orders"
Click Aggregate Selected Orders with the number of selected orders in brackets. The button is disabled until you select an order.

Review the aggregated items
Aggregated Items lists each style and colour with its Size Breakdown, Total Qty, Unit Cost, Total Value, Suggested Factory, Lead Time and Source Orders.
Click "Auto Group by Factory"
Click Auto Group by Factory to combine the items of the same style and colour and group them by their suggested factory.
Review the groups
Production Order Groups shows one card per factory. In a group you can change the factory, and move an item to another group with Move To. Click Add New Group to create an empty group. A group with no items is not created.

Click "Proceed to Order Details"
Click Proceed to Order Details to continue to Production Order Details.
Enter the order details
For each group, fill in Order Category, Priority, Factory, Production Start, Production End, Ex Factory Date, Payment Terms and Shipment Method; all are required. Optionally enter the Default VAT Rate (%), VAT Registration Number, TAX Jurisdiction (Country/State), Tax Status (Registered, Exempt or Special) and Notes. Choosing a factory fills in its VAT information when it has any.
A group shows Ready to Create when it is complete and Missing Required Fields when it is not. The dates must run in order: the Production Start must be before the Production End, and the Production End must not be after the Ex Factory Date. Otherwise the group shows Invalid Date Sequence.

Create the production orders
Check the Aggregation Summary (production orders, total units, total value and factories), then click Create Production Orders. The button is disabled until every group is complete. Click Back: Review Groups to go back.
When the orders are created, Aggregation Complete! shows how many production orders were created from how many wholesale orders, and an Aggregation Status Summary for each wholesale order: Fully Aggregated, Partially Aggregated or Not Aggregated.
- Click View in Order Management to see the new production orders.
- Click Create Another Aggregation to start again.
At any step after the first, click Start Over to return to the order list.
Find the result on a style
Each production order created here includes the styles from the wholesale orders. Open a style, then Production, to see them on the Production Details tab. See Style production orders.
