  • You need at least one warehouse or supplier location in your brand to adjust against.

Read the history

At the top, three cards summarise the adjustments: Total Quantity, Increase (shown with a +) and Decrease (shown with a -).

Below them the history table has these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
Date & TimeWhen the adjustment was made.
UserWho made it.
ItemThe material and colour.
TypeIncrease or Decrease.
Quantity ChangeThe amount, with + or -.
Before → AfterThe stock before and after the change.
ReasonThe reason chosen for the adjustment.
ActionsThe three-dot menu.

To narrow the list, type in Search by item or user..., or filter by Type (Increase or Decrease). You can show the history as a list or as a board with the List view and Kanban view buttons.

To read one entry in full, click the three dots, then View Details. The Adjustment Details window shows the item, date and time, user, type, quantity change, before and after, reason and Notes (or No notes provided.). Click Close when you are done.

Adjust stock

  1. Click "Adjust Stock"

Click Adjust Stock at the top right of the page. The same button is on the Dashboard and Stock Overview tabs.

  2. Find the material

The Adjust Stock - Select Material & Variant window lists your materials, not only the one you are viewing. Type a name or code in Search materials... or use the Supplier filter. Use the grid and list buttons to change how materials are shown.

  3. Select the colour

Open the material's colours (click the arrow next to the colour count in the list view) and click Select on the colour you want to adjust.

  4. Choose the adjustment type

In Adjustment Type, select Increase Stock or Decrease Stock.

  5. Enter the quantity

Type a whole number in Adjustment Quantity.

  6. Select the location

In Location (required), select a supplier or a warehouse. Once you choose one, Current Stock Information shows the Available quantity and the Stock After Adjustment.

  7. Select the reason

In Reason (required), pick an existing reason. You can also type a new one to create it, and delete a reason from its option menu.

  8. Add a note (optional)

Type in Notes (Optional) if you want to explain the change.

  9. Click "Apply Adjustment"

Click Apply Adjustment. The button stays disabled until the adjustment type, quantity, location and reason are all set.

You should now see the new entry at the top of the history, and the stock figures updated on the Stock Overview tab.

Tip

To adjust a line you can already see, use Adjust Stock from the three-dot menu on the Stock Overview tab. The window opens with the material, colour and location already chosen.

When there is no history

The table shows No Adjustments Found with an Adjust Stock button, so you can make the first one.
