The Profile page is where you manage your own account: how your name and photo appear, your password, and where you are signed in. It is available to every signed-in user.

Change your password
In the Security section, the Change Password card lets you update your password.

Note

If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page instead.
Review your sign-ins
Below Change Password, two cards show where your account is signed in. They are read-only.
- Current Session: the browser and device you are signed in from right now, marked This device, with how you signed in, how long ago and the country when it is known. Before sign-ins are recorded, it shows Sign in tracked starting after your next login.
- Recent sign-ins: your last 10 sign-ins across devices, in a table with the columns When, Method, Device and Status. Hover When to see the exact date and time. It shows No sign-ins recorded yet. when there are none.
The Method column shows how each sign-in was made, for example Password, Google or Invitation.
The Status column shows Active for a live session. A finished session shows why it ended: Signed in elsewhere, Logged out, Expired or Admin ended.
Tip
If you see a sign-in you do not recognise, change your password straight away.
