Digital ID Scans

Important

Digital ID Scans is in the left sidebar only if the data capture feature is turned on for your brand. If your plan does not include it you see an upgrade message. If your role does not allow it, ask your Brand Admin.

Read the list

Each row shows the Style name, Style code, Color, Date & time, Duration and a URL button. If there are no scans, the page says No scans yet and explains that scans appear once someone opens one of your Digital IDs.

  1. Open "Digital ID Scans"

From the left sidebar, click Digital ID Scans.

  2. Filter the list

Use the filter bar above the table to filter by Style name or Style code. If nothing matches, the page says No scans match those filters. Reset the filters to see all scans again.

  3. Expand a scan

Click the arrow next to a style name to show what the visitor did during the scan. Each action appears in its own row with its time, duration and an Open URL button when it has a link.

  4. Open the Digital ID

Click Open Digital ID to open the page the visitor saw in a new tab.

  5. View the scan detail

Click the eye icon at the end of the row to open Scan detail. It shows the style picture, Style name, Style code, Color, Date & time, Duration, Coordinates, Country, User agent and the URL.

  6. Change the page

Use the page controls under the table to move between pages or change how many rows are shown.

Note

Coordinates and Country show a dash when the visitor did not share their location.

Troubleshooting

The list does not load. The page shows Couldn't load scans. Click Try again.
