Settings page

This article provides an overview of all the functionalities available under the Settings Page, which you can access in the left bar menu of your Vestis Labs window.

The Settings page in Vestis Labs is where you manage all key configurations that keep your workflows running smoothly. It allows administrators to control system preferences, shared data, and integrations that support how collections, styles, costing, and operations work together across the platform.

Settings sections & features

Settings

From the main home, click the Settings section in the left bar menu. It expands into the sections below. You only see the sections your role has access to.

Notifications

Manage system notifications and alerts to control how users are informed about updates, changes, and system activities. See Notification settings.

Collection & style

Configure rules and defaults related to collections and styles, Set up your Collection & Style settings, including:

Library

where you manage shared, reusable material data that is used across styles and collections. Set up your Library settings, including:

Code generator

Set up and manage automated code generation (SKU) logic used for styles, collections, or other entities. Set up your Code Generator settings, including:

Digital ID

Configure Digital ID settings for your Digital Product Passport to support product identification, traceability, and transparency. Set up your Digital ID settings, including:

Price, cost & margin

Define pricing logic, cost structures, margin calculations, currency exchange, and multi-currency setups. Set up your Price, Cost & Margin settings, including:

The sidebar opens Base Currency first. If you land on Price, Cost & Margin without a section selected, the page shows "Please select a setting from the sidebar to begin."

Size range

Manage size ranges and sizing standards used across styles. See Size range setting.

Certificate

Choose how certificate status is managed and when expiry reminders are sent, and manage certificate types. See Certificate settings.

Care instruction

Choose which care instructions appear when editing styles and products, and add your own. See Care instruction management.

Production and Sampling

Set the rules that decide when production orders and samples are On Track, At Risk or Delayed. See Production health settings and Sampling health settings.

User profile

Manage personal user settings, preferences, and account-related information. This allows users to control their own profile details and change their password.
