Publish a Digital ID and product passport

Prepare certificates and product story, design what customers see, create the Digital ID and put its code on the product.

A Digital ID is the page a customer opens by scanning a code on the garment. This journey gathers the proof (certificates), designs the experience, creates the ID and gets the code onto the product.

Before you start

  • A finished style with materials, composition and care instructions.
  • Your certificates as files, if you have them.

The steps

  1. Create a certificate on certificate management Add the certificates that back up your claims.
  2. Digital ID settings overview See everything you can customise.
  3. Digital ID customization in cover Design the cover customers see first.
  4. Digital ID customization in product detail Choose which product details to show.
  5. Digital ID customization size chart Show the size chart.
  6. Digital ID customization in product journey Tell the product journey.
  7. Digital ID customization in post sales content Add care, repair and other post-sale content.
  8. Digital ID customization photo journal Let customers add photos.
  9. Create custom pages Add custom pages.
  10. Create a digital ID Create the Digital ID for a style.
  11. Style Product ID tab and DPP validator Check the Product ID tab and validate the passport.
  12. Generate your barcode Generate the codes.
  13. Print barcode label Print the labels.
  14. Activate the digital ID from store Activate the Digital ID when the product is sold.
  15. View Digital ID scans See how often your IDs are scanned.
