Onboard your brand

From your first sign-up to a brand that is ready for its team, with settings, library and a guided tour in place.

Follow these steps in order the first time you set up Vestis Labs. By the end your brand exists, your team can sign in with the right permissions, and your base settings are ready for the first collection. If a colleague invited you to an existing brand, start at step 3 and use Accept a brand invitation instead.

Before you start

  • An email address you can open.
  • Your brand name and the currency you buy and sell in.
  • The names and email addresses of the people you want to invite.

The steps

  1. Register a new account Create your account with your name, email and a password.
  2. Confirm your email Confirm your email so you can sign in.
  3. Sign in Sign in to Vestis Labs.
  4. Create your first brand Create the brand that will hold your collections, styles and library.
  5. Subscription management Check your subscription and what it includes.
  6. Invite user Invite your team by email.
  7. Understanding role and permission Choose the role and permissions each person needs.
  8. Base currency setting Set the base currency your brand works in.
  9. Size range setting Define the size ranges your styles use.
  10. Seasons settings Add the seasons you plan collections for.
  11. Style category settings Set up style categories so styles are easy to find.
  12. Digital library overview See what lives in the digital library before you add materials and colours.
  13. Guided tour and setup Take the guided tour and finish the setup checklist.
