The menu always shows Product Details, Size Chart. The other entries appear when the feature is switched on for your brand:

  • Product Journey: see Style product journey. Needs the Product Journey feature.

Hover over a menu entry to read a short description of the section.

Preview the product details

  1. Open Product Details

Click the Product ID tab. Product Details is shown first.

  2. Review a colour card

There is one card per colour of the style. Each card shows the style photos, the style name and code, and the sections Product Information (brand, collection, price, colour and attributes), Materials Composition, Certificates and Care Instruction. Click a section title to collapse or expand it. Empty values show No data.

  3. Open the product page

Click the Open product page icon on the card to see the page your customers see.

  4. Share the product page

Click the Share product page icon to open a dialog with the QR code. Download it As PNG file or as an SVG or JPG file, or click Copy link. You should see Copied to clipboard. This needs the View QR code permission.

  5. Lock or unlock the QR code

Click the lock icon (Lock QR Code / Unlock QR Code) to freeze the QR code of that colour. This needs the View QR code permission.

Note

Users with the Update brand permission also see a Customize button at the top right. It opens the Digital ID settings in a new tab.

Check passport readiness with the DPP validator

The DPP Validator shows how complete the information is against the passport data requirements Vestis Labs currently tracks. It needs the DPP permission in addition to the Product ID access.

  1. Open DPP Validator

In the left menu of the Product ID tab, click DPP Validator.

  2. Read the status

The ring shows the percentage that is ready. The badge reads Compliant or Incomplete, next to the number of required and recommended fields that are met. A line explains how many required fields are still missing.

  3. Open the sections

Sections with missing items are open; complete ones are collapsed. Use Expand all or Collapse all to change this. Each row is marked Required or Recommended.

  4. Fix missing data

Click Fix next to a missing item to jump to the screen where you can fill it in.

  5. Export the passport

Click Export Passport to download the passport as a .jsonld file. You should see Digital Product Passport downloaded. The button is only shown when the DPP feature is on.

Important

The check uses a CIRPASS-2-aligned draft profile. The official EU textile requirements are not yet published, so the requirements may change. A Not yet covered list shows categories the passport does not capture yet; they do not affect the score.
